We relevel settled concrete and structures throughout the province of British Columbia, Canada. At Even Steven Contracting we like to say "we're always on the level." We do Mudjacking, piling, epoxy injection crack repair, and soil stabilization; we are your foundation specialists. We even provide a free estimate!
Soil settlement, erosion, structural failure or poor maintenance can create a need to lift and re-stabilize heavy structures such as houses, however this can effect things as light as sidewalks as well. Conventional repairs frequently involve excessive costs, delays in project completion and/or disruption to existing activity. They are often less than satisfactory, or may, on occasion be regarded as impossible. We offer a more permanent solution to these issues, offering up to a 10 year warranty on some of our solutions.

We will work on almost anything, if its not on-level, we'll do our best find a way to level it. In the past we've worked on skyscrapers, hockey arenas, countless houses, sidewalks, warehouses, decks, and more. We're also one of few companies in British Columbia that will level within close proximity to pools and hot tubs, and we are experts in leveling slabs with in-slab radiant heat.
